I would describe my stay at the hotel as mostly positive. The rooms were very up to date, clean, and comfortable, but unfortunately, the pull-out couch quit working in the middle of the night. The service was generally friendly and courteous, with some exceptional staff members like Nicole and the breakfast staff who went above and beyond. While the location was good, the pool area had some cleanliness issues, which was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was decent, but with room for improvement in terms of timing. Overall, a value-for-money option with some minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were safe, beautiful, and comfortable. The service was excellent, from check-in to breakfast, everything was top-notch. The location was convenient, close to the Airport, Mayo Clinic, and Target. Overall, a great value for the money.

I found the hotel to have very nice rooms, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired with pink slime in the tub and on the shower curtain. The location was convenient for my visit to the Rochester Kennel Club Dog Show, although a bit further than ideal from the Mayo Clinic. The service was friendly, especially Shaina, but they acknowledged ongoing issues with parking. The breakfast was comfortable but lacking variety, partially due to current restrictions.
